Actions in Online CRM 2013

  Hello !

  i Created a Action and am trying to trigger the Action through but am not able trigger that action through the plugin .

  i register the plugin but it does not showing any effect on the record.

  Hi,

  You might have noticed that there is no trigger point given in the "Action" which implies that you need to call it manually. You can define the action and there after you need to call/trigger that action (from JS or Plugin). You may refer the following links to utilize the actual working of Actions in CRM 2013.

  i created an action from plugin am trying to trigger action but it was not working that my prob in online crm...

  I can confirm that actions work both onprem and online. Could you please provide steps you've done?
