Forwarding mailbox - all emails come with Low priority RRS feed

  • Hi, we noticed that since we started using forwarding mailbox to receive emails in queues, all the emails come with Low importance (prioritycode field on email entity). Default value for this Option Set in CRM is Normal, for both email and activitypointer entity. Does anybody know about a property which can influence this behavior?

  • Hi, we were on Update Rollup 11 in CRM and began using Exchange 2013. Upgrading to UR 16 helped. Good luck.
