Are these statements correct?
a) we can record user name, call location, length of call, date in the CDR
b) we can theroetically write a sql report to extract this info
c) our users have many clients (solicitor type scenario - everything get charged somewhere!) but there is no way of assigning extra meta data to the CDR via communicator client
Questions:
a) are there any 3rd party vendors that will provide out of the box solutions for this?
- easy billing and reporting
- client / project code tagging of outgoing calls
I would have thought that without having partner support on this you'll put almost all small to medium businesses off the product! - which is a shame.
