hotmail profile says husband's name not mine

  MY <g class="gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="7" id="7">hotmail</g> account will say it is from my husband.  When I log in it has his name.  I went to edit profile and it has my name and everything.  I redid it and saved and still comes up his name.  What do I do and how did this happen.
