Hi friends, I am going to migrate SBS 2003 old server with hardware to SBS 2008 server in new hardware box. How to transfer all including mailbox?
I plan to do , put the server next to SBS 2003 with different IP (same subnet), then add new SBS 2008 as additional DC, then transferring FSMO roles. but I don't know how to transfer mailboxes. please help me.

The following post from Mr Chavan is correct.

You should not be thanking Vin as he gave you completely the wrong information.
You should instead be thanking Mr. Chavan whose answer is correct.
