MCSE 2000 Upgrade RRS feed

  • Hello I need the quickest path to upgrade for a pending job. they require one of these MCSA 2003/2008 (L), or MCSE (2003/2008) (L), MCITP-SA(NG),  or MCITP-EA(NG. I currently hold an MCSE 2000 and have been in the industry for 15yrs.

  • Hi,

    With MCSE 2000 there is nu upgrade path available. The best option would be go for MCSA: Server 2008 (3 exams) or go for MCSA: Server (3 exams). You can upgrade from MCSA: Server 2008 to MCSA: Server 2012 by passing exam 70-417.


    MCSA: Server 2012 will be shortest path with only 3 exams and this will also provide the most recent available certification. MCITP is scheduled to be retired.
