    Dear sir

     

       my  laptop  is sattelite A135.(Thoshiba).It purchased from us but i cannot activate my programs  microsoft office, excel  etc ,i cannot  acess my product key.what  can i do

    The product key affixed to your computer is for Windows Vista (the operating system) and not for Microsoft Office.

    I purchased a game(Age of Mythology) from ur company and part of the product code has been ripped off. What i do have is   TCJKK-K8C6R-QG???-XXR3C-?????   thats it and i was wondering if i could have the rest of the product code i am missing. Thank you.
