Hi,
You might consider to stop with the MCSA 2003 certification, most of the current servers run Server 2008 R2 and these will be updated to Server 2012 the next few years.
MCSA server 2012 and MCSA Server 2008 are the current entry level certifications for Windows Server administration.

It looks like you will need to complete all requirements, including Network+ before July, 31 2013. The Certification is also being retired on that date.
From the page http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/windows-server-certification.aspx
- MCSA and MCSE certifications on Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003
- Q.Can I still earn the MCSA and MCSE certifications on Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003?
- A.
The MCSA and MCSE Windows 2000 Server certifications were retired on December 31, 2011. The MCSA and MCSE Windows Server 2003 exams and corresponding certifications will be retired on July 31, 2013.

I agree with Danny - why put effort in earning a 10 year old certification? I would recommend working on MCSA 2008 or 2012. Ofcourse there are still organizations using Server 2003, but 85% of all servers I work on, are either running 2008 (r2) of 2012.Tuesday, March 12, 2013 10:50 AM
