From your MGA Report: Windows License Type: Volume MAK
What this means is you have a Volume License version of Windows 7 Professional installed that was once licensed to a specific business entity.
This Volume License is no longer valid. You'll need to purchase a genuine edition of Microsoft Windows and perform a "clean install".
