I don't know if it's possible for help but here goes. I bought a HP laptop with Windows 8 on it from a pawn shop (I have proof that it was bought from there). When I got it, it was giving me a problem with freezing on me after I did anything (if I went
on the internet, it wouldn't let me do anything. If I went to the control panel, it would freeze). I figured that somewhere along the way, something was installed wrong. I did a recovery and went back to the beginning, so to speak, and it's been working perfectly.
Problem is, it put the old owner on here and I obviously don't have his password or any way to get a hold of him. Is there anything that I can do to remove him? I don't have the disks to be able to remove and reinstall Windows 8. Any kind of help that I can
get would be wonderful. Thanks!!
