I installed livemesh on my home pc with windows 7 64 bit yesterday. Subsequently I added 4 folders into the mesh and the files was apparently transferred and I can see it in the livemesh desktop. This morning when I logged into livemesh, I could not get into the desktop. After reinstalling livemesh, the desktop was accessible again. I then proceed to check the 4 folders that was sync to the livemesh desktop. I noted that the "add folder to live mesh " has been grayed out. I also noted that in the live mesh folder in the user menu doesn't have any files or folders inside either. I am able to do a remote with my other laptop but nothing gets sync with the other laptop either. I have checked and the laptop has been correctly granted access.
Note: When I exit from live mesh on my pc, the "add folder to live mesh" option turns blue again. When I click on it, I get the msg that live mesh is not active. I turn on live mesh and the option becomes grayed out and unavailable again.
Thanks for confirming that all is well for you now. -steve~ Microsoft MVP Windows Live ~ Windows Live OneCare| Live Mesh|MS Security Essentials Forums Moderator ~
