Why does Clixsense take away my downline?

  I started with Clixsense a few weeks ago and everytime I get close to a $10 payout my downline disappears does anyone know why this happens I put in a support ticket and got one of those automated responses saying they violated this or that.  How do I know that?  Are they scamming me.  I got fed up and took it to the next level.
