onecare taken payment for their product bought online but no sign of it on my PC-no activation key received RRS feed

  • I bought onecare (for up to 3PCs) but i cant activate it as i have not received an activation key. Im new to computers...will i be sent the onecare through the post? i bought online on the 10th march. Or is it all done via emails etc? At present i have paid for something i havent got!!! Any help would be appreciated

  •  A product key is not provided for an online purchase. Your subscription is linked to the Live ID used at the time of purchase. To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care and it will activate.
