Hello Jmarivera,
Please provide a brief synopsis describing your customer scenario, including any dialogue, error messages, or codes. Error codes can be found in the lower left hand corner of most Genuine Advantage Web pages when an error is encountered.

I found out this is a key generated by a program, and is not issued by microsoft. If this was distributed with your computer, contact you PC's manufacturer.
Find out whether your media and Certificate of Authenticity are genuine at this webpage: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/default.aspx?displaylang=enIf this media was illegally distibuted, like on eBay, or in a store, please contact the Microsoft anti-piracy hotline at: 1-800-RULEGIT
If you can provide high-quality counterfeit media, then Microsoft will offer you a free replacement in return for the pirated media, for anti-piracy purposes. Please note proof of purchase is required. If you can provide high-quality genuine media, go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/purchase/QualifyInfo.aspx?displaylang=en&PartnerID=2336788and, if you do not qualify, you can purchase a genuine copy of Windows from Microsoft here: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/Validate.aspx?displaylang=en&PartnerID=2336788&sGuid=ce97193e-c054-4382-96e3-cb50c3458709&Page=ComponentCheck
You should also try to re-enter the product key on your Certificate of Authenticity that came with the computer, unless it was a self-built one. Use the Product Key Update Tool found at: www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/pkuinstructions.aspx
