CRM eService Accelerator Removal

Question
-
I was using c360 portal product and it came up for renewal. I did not want to renew the product so I heared about the eService Accelerator and I installed it on my CRM 4.0. I don't like the product and decided to go back to the c360 product which I am happy with. I uninstalled the Accelerator but it did not completely remove it from CRM. If I go into a contact, it still shows the eService drop down box. How do I manually remove all features of this Accelerator?Monday, August 3, 2009 9:34 PM

If you're not familiar with deleting entities/attributes, I would encourage you to use a backup of your configuration that you (hopefully) exported before installing the eService accellerator. - Re-import that configuration and make any needed changes-
If you have a Microsoft CRM certified partner available, this might be a good opportunity to use them - or open a support ticket with Microsoft.

Yes - you'll need to manually remove the attributes and entities associated with the Accelerator.
