Hope that would be helpful. Have a great day! Thanks & regards,

Ummmmmm....... read up ?? The original post clearly enough says the problem is being experienced using Windows 2000, SP1.

With respect, I think it will be rejected, or at best, effectively ignored in a Windows 7 Forum. This will do nothing to resolve the problem, which is not isolated, and remains unresolved. This reminds me of a homeless person being refused social security assistance because the system requires a valid home adddress.

Please see http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/whatforum/thread/fce36a42-4a8e-47a2-aaa8-1a8796c51980 , where I have posted some additional information which may be helpful.

Unfortunately, the resolution of my problem isn't conclusive or universal, but it may start you in the right direction.

    Good luck.
