  • I am a relatively new user to Windows Live One Care and up until recently I liked it.  However, with the last couple of weeks I have alternately been getting messages that I am at risk, but yet cannot update virus/spyware software, then it goes to "good".  A technician tried unsuccessfully to get it working so he removed it and reinstalled it - same messages again.  In fact now it tells me that my subscription has expired and I only bought it in October!  Also when I went in to manage my account, there was a person with the same name, same email addie but this person lived in Quebec City!  I am perplexed with this Live One Care.  When it works it is great, but when it doesn't there is no one to turn to for help.
