OUTLOOK DOESN'T SHOW ATTACHMENTS IN WINDOWS 10

Hello, When I finally upgraded my computer to Windows 10 it no longer shows attachments on my Hotmail account once I open the email, nor can I forward some emails. Can anyone tell me how to fix this before I have to get a google account?
