ICE overlapping issue on 3x3 matrix pano

  Hi, I would like to report problems of ICE when stitching photos in matrix 3 x 3 (each photo captured on focal lenght ~50mm eq.) . Photoshop is able to stich it right but ICE has overlapping issues. Any chance it could be fixed in next updates? I would like to attach images but this it is not allowed because of some forum internal policy. However - please find link for downloading images with samples on link below:
