Hello Scook127, open a command window and type in "chkdsk /f" without the quotes. You will be prompted to restart your computer and your hard drive will be scanned for errors and any found errors will be fixed.
Hello Scook127, I don't know what that message means but the most common reasons for defrag failure are not enough disc space - you need at least 15% free disc space to defrag, or a disc error which usually can be resolved by running chkdsk. If you have enough disc space and if checking your disc for errors does not resolve the issue please contact support.
