Not valid win 32 application when reinstalling RRS feed

    I installed LIve OneCare yesterday and it appeared to be working although we could no longer enter any of our email accounts.  We deleted Live OneCare to see if it was Live OneCare blocking our access (which it wasn't) and now when I try to reinstall it I get a box that says this program is "not a valid win 32 appllication"  HELP!   This all started after the XP Antivirus 2008 started popping up on Friday.
