There is no audio available for this meeting RRS feed

  • We are using OCS se, and one user is having a problem when they create a meeting.  Audio & video are not available in the meeting, and if you click on the Voice & Video tab there is only one option (Join Audio), which is grayed out.  If you hover over Join Audio it says "there is no audio available for this meeting. You might be able to dial in manually following the instructions in the call-in details in the options menu."

    If other atendees are invited, they too cannot use audio and video in the meeting.

    If you user experiencing this problem joins a meeting hosted by someone else, audio and video work fine.....it is only if he creates the meeting.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

  • Check the meeting policy that is assigned to the user and ensure that audio is enabled.  If so, then check his/her audio settings when they are scheduling the meeting (Audio button in the Outlook ribbon) to see what options they are selecting.
