After upgrading to IE7 - We can no longer use the "Start Menu --> Search --> On The Internet" Function

  Hey team, I work for a DHB (District Health Board) in the Infrastructure Department and we have just realised that after we upgraded all of the user's we are responsible for to IE7, that they can no longer use the "Start Menu --> Search --> On The Internet" function...  Is there a reason for this, or a setting we can enable to make this work again?
