  • Shamely, It seems subscription to live onecare is limitted to residents in USA.

    cuz, always, when I try to go through paid subscription, page displays only US locations as mandatory field.

    While always I sign in through my profile, in which my location is shown UAE

  • I live in Canada and have the same issue, even though the site says you can subscribe from Canada.  Too bad, I really liked the trial version and would have happily given MS my money.  I guess I'll have to try another provider.....

  • Go to http://account.live.com and make sure that you locale is set correctly for Canada.

    In IE, make sure that your language is set correctly for Canada.

    Delete cookies and temporary Internet files.

    Close IE.

    Try to activate and purchase once again.

    If this still fails to get you to a page for Canada purchase, please contact support.
