CRM 4.0 email router problem RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have installed and configured Email router on CRM 4.0. The email server supports POP and SMTP protocols which I have configured them. The users can send email using CRM Web client, yet, users are not able to received emails on CRM Web client.

    When i test the incoming and outgoing account on Email Router console, all tests are passed successfully.

    please give me a clue to solve this issue.

  • If your users are working in the Web Client only, then you need to ensure that:

    - their user record is configured use the E-mail Router or a Forward Mailbox for incoming mail.
    - You have configured the E-mail Router to monitor mail for the user (incoming profile)
    - the user has set the appropriate option in Tools | Options E-mail tab.
