Any time upgrade RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, I bought a Lenovo laptop from a store with genuine installed Windows Home Premium.  Last Year I bought from Microsoft a genuine copy of Windows 7 Ultimate, invoice 0051182713, MS Order no. 0104298309, customer ref. 6002058172.  Now I want to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate, but it says that I need a different Windows Anytime Upgrade key, every time I type in the product key which I received with the order (1 GGOK-Win Ult 7 32-bit/64-bit English Direct DVD.  Can you please send me the right Any time upgrade key to help me upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.  It says on the genuine CD "Includes Windows Anytime Upgrade", but when it starts the upgrade it needs a different key than the one that came with the product: <redacted>.  Thanks for your time and support, Mr J.H. No - I do not work for Microsoft, or any of its contractors.
