CRM 2011 E-mail router Impersonation error RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Could someone please help me to explain te following problem.

    We work with 6 email adresses. These have all there own credentials. Because of this I have configured 6 incoming profiles. 5 of these profiles are working fine. Only 1 is giving the following error message :

    "The account does not have permissions to impersonate the requested user". This is strange for me because the other 5 mailboxes are configured the same way as the 1 thats giving te impersontation error.

    We are using CRM 2011 and exchange 2010.

    Please help.
