Response Group Service Problems RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have configured the Response Group Service per the instructions and the service has started successfully. I have created the custom tab for communicator per the instructions. When I log in to Communicator as an agent, I get the error message "This Service is Temporarily Unavailable". Thinking I created the tab wrong, I tried to go directly to the web page and I get the same error message.

I went through the instructions again, and I don't see where I missed a step.

  • Verify that the OCS Response Group service is running.  Mine wasn't, even though it was set to automatic.

No language packs are installed on this machine. Please install one or more language packs and then use the Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Response Group Service Language Tool to synchronize languages installed on the machine and in WMI.
