Response Group Service Problems RRS feed

  • I have configured the Response Group Service per the instructions and the service has started successfully. I have created the custom tab for communicator per the instructions. When I log in to Communicator as an agent, I get the error message "This Service is Temporarily Unavailable". Thinking I created the tab wrong, I tried to go directly to the web page and I get the same error message.

    I went through the instructions again, and I don't see where I missed a step.

  • Verify that the OCS Response Group service is running.  Mine wasn't, even though it was set to automatic.

  • Check The each Front End Server in an Enterprise pool have install language pack as same for you response group service setting.

    if not , respinse group will not start success . Event Log show Error , ID 31142
    so , you just need to install language pack for you Response group service setting.
