Change server time

Question
-
I need to change the server time on the CRM 2011 test server so I can do some month related testing on my plugins. How can I change the server time and is it safe?
Thanks

Hi,
There is a nasty consequence of putting the server time forwards - once you've put the time back again, when you publish some customisations, the cache will not be cleared and you won't see them reflected in CRM for another hour when the cache expires.
This will continue to happen until the real time reaches the time that you put it forward to.

Hi,
You should not face any issue, just the timestamps of the record will be accordingly.
