    Why do you  make us pay again for software we have already paid for, sell us a reactivation key and then it won't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed .Enough to go to Linux.

    Please use the new genuine Windows product key with the new genuine Windows installation CD and perform a clean install.
