My client start using CRM 2011 on premise since Nov. On the day of live, they are exeperienced intermittent login message screen pop out and after enter user name and password, system will show failed to authorize message. However, this only
encounter on corporate user, those user with is not at the customer corporate network, no issue. We try accessing the server whole day, but no issue. Anyone experience this issue before? For information, the web site has
added to trusted site.
Also, the customer experiencing the slowness when run data import. When the user upload the csv file to MSCRM server, the cursor is kept running and show submitting and it jus keep running.
Currently the customer is accessing the CRM by using fixed IP address.
Is there any other configuration need to set?
