Hi,
i'm not specialist of Microsoft CRM, but the company that support our customer on CRM (CRM 4) don't give us sure information about our question.
The problem is that the customer decide to move the Server with CRM and MS SQL in to a web farm. The network link from the customer office and webfarm (MPLS line) is not enough and with 60 people they have some problems (because in their job with crm they
load a lot off files and photo on crm..).
The server was moved to a web farm because there are also other 100 people that work outside the customer office by an internet access.
I proposed in the past to the customer microsoft crm specialist to subdivide the crm load with installation of 2 different front end. My suggestion was to mantein one server (example CRM1) with CRM and SQL in customer office and another server (CRM2) with
CRM on server in web farm (with should connect to the SQL on CRM1 server).
If this thing possible?
thanks
Roberto
