Help - URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT '-2146697210 RRS feed

    Firstly, if I have chosen the wrong forum im sorry - I wasnt sure which to choose as I am not i an IT environment.

    Can anyone help? This is the message I get after trying to install an accounting app - taken from the install log

    The following properties have been set:

    Can some one help fix it in non technical terms :)
