activation of One care for 3 pc's

  Hello,

   

  We resently bought the full licensed box of windows live  onecare.  This is supposed to work on 3 pc, the product key.

   

  I activated the license on my sons pc and it works fine, but afterward i wanted to activated it on my own pc and the message i get is that the product key is already used.  We it should work for 3 pc's.  Anyone have a idea what could be wrong, and how i can fix this.  Can i contact MS with details on the box so they can give me a new prodcut key or tell me what to do?
