Both Office XP and Office 2003 are nongenuine installations of volume licensing editions of their respective programs.  Both were installed with very, very widely pirated Volume Licensing Product Keys.

Please have a look at this info page for the Office Genuine Offer to see if your client might qualify for discounted or complimentary replacements for these nongenuine installations:  http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/OGAKitInformation.aspx?displaylang=en

Other computers with Office XP and/or 2003 installed with these widely pirated Product Keys will be identified as having nonegnuine installations of Office.  Clicking the Validate Office button at www.microsoft.com/genuine will do it, as well as installing the latest Office Genuine Avantage Notifications Utility thru Windows Update or via a stand-aone download.
