  Hi. It has become a big issue for me and other users of 8.1 with HP notebooks 17, that the Bluetooth is completely out of order. It cannot pair with anything . What a huge disappointment and still nobody is doing anything. Where is the after sales service? where are the updates and upgrades? I am truly disappointed. My headset cannot be connected. My mobile Samsung galaxy4 cannot get paired.An External bluetooth that I purchased is also incompatible with my laptop. I really don't know why there is a Bluetooth on my laptop??/
