Outlook synchronisation with CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Can anyone help with suggestions on this. Would it be possible, in your view, to develop a solution which would allow to synchronise the Outlook Calender and To-Do-Bar with the CRM data (appointments, phone calls, tasks) without having the CRM Outlook client installed.

We would like to use the CRM web client only, but without losing the benefit of the synchronisation with the Outlook calendar and possibly with the email tracking.

Thanks for any ideas on this.

    Silvia

  • Hi Silvia,

what you would need is a sync mechanism to MS Exchange if you don´t want to go the Outlook way.

This could be done by different Add-Ons you can buy and find if you make a search.

If you search for the CRM Roadmap you´ll also find this item "as to be delivered" within the next Releases. So it depends on your needs if you want to develop it by your own, buy an add-on or wait for an upcoming release.
