Why is Spam Filter allowed to mark posts in Locked threads as spam? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Basically if a Moderator locks a thread he has reviewed it first to see that it contains an answer to the OP's question. That review would also point out spam posts and they would have been removed.

It's therefore madness that the Spam Filter (and the Spam Filter alone!) should be able to mae it's (typially nonsense) spam markings to posts within the locked thread.

(In order to get rid of them you need to Unlock; then Unmark; and then Lock again - what a waste of time.)
