Dear Scott Dorothy,
Thank you for your interest in the Buy Local program. I am not seeing your redemption attempt for the Windows Vista Ultimate offer in our log. Can you please try again to redeem, and if unsuccessful post here again?
Thank you,
Jenifer

My Part Number is 66-R-00765 and according to the eligibility page my product is listed. I would like to redeem this bonus pack as promised when I purchased Windows Vista on July 8th which is after the first. When I Click redeem now and click Windows Vista Ultimate which I have it redirects me to this page http://www.microsoft.com/library/errorpages/smarterror.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/genuine/oe/default.aspx
I have tried to do the redeem now 15 times litteraly. Please help.

Dear Scott,
Please accept my apologies for the problems you are having redeeming the Bonus Pack. I have determined that we are having problems with our system that checks eligibility, and have been since late last week. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I will post back here as soon as this issue is resolved, so you can again attempt to redeem the offer.
Please let me know if you have additional questions in the meantime.
Thank you for your patience,
Jenifer

Still Getting re-directed to that site. Still not working. I tried at Noon over my Lunch Break and it was up and working. But I did not have time to go the the order process at that time. When I tried again tonight so I could actually get the HDTV tuner I get redirected again. It was working this afternoon. It went to the Validation page and said You have passed Validation and Went to the page with the offer codes. But as I said. I was on my lunch break and did not have time to order. Please let me know when it is back up. All I want is the HDTV tuner because I didn't realize you had to purchase everthing first and then do a rebate.Thursday, July 19, 2007 6:20 AM

The Newegg web site clearly states:
To get your BONUS PACK, you must:
-
Purchase a PC pre-installed with one of the following genuine Windows Vista operating systems or 2007 Microsoft Office systems....
Since you stated you built your own PC and did not purchase a new PC from one of the particpating local system builders with Windows Vista preinstalled, you are not eligbile for the bonus pack offer.
