What is the forum for Developer questions about the Bing 2.0 API

The Bing API v.2 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd251056(v=MSDN.10).aspx) does not appear to have a forum associated with it. In particular, the translation system has a user forum, but there is no developer forum that I can see. Where is the best place to ask questions about the Bing API?
