  • Hi,
    there is no free virus scanner for Windows Home Server available. Rather than Mc Affee, which caused problems for some users after renewal by making their headless WHS inaccessible, I would recommend the Avast package for WHS.
    The Windows Firewall is enabled in WHS and should be good enough. With any 3rd party product you risk to be cut off and have to reinstall.

  • Free does not mean, that the product is designed for Windows Home Server and aware of it's specialities, i.e. usage of tombstones.
