  You should look at "Get Started" page of ASP.NET site:

  http://www.asp.net/get-started

  Here you find a lot of documentation and resources about all ASP.NET technologies.

  You could also look at the starter kits page:

  http://www.asp.net/community/projects

  There you will find a lot of projects with source code. There are Blogs, Forums, CRMs, ... most of them including administration.
