Security Certificates

Question
-
I have Live one care installed on 3 PC's. two home pcs and a laptop. When i logged on to my laptop yesterday one care would not run (problem with firewall). The windows fixes advised an uniinstall/install. I uninstallede and tried to install again but i got "There is a problem with this sites security certificate". I ignored the warning and proceeeded. When downloading one care it stops halfway through the updates section with an error code 0014-8007F8F.
Everytime i open ie7 i get the same security error. This only seems to apply to Windows ans Microsoft sites. Please help me.

This particular error (0014-80072F8F) and the security certificate message often result from an incorrect system date. See this thread for example: http://social.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/59c715ff-c048-4b19-b311-d8f59c28da1a/
So check the computer’s time and date before following JimR1’s advice.
