When working on email activity, the system is taking about 5-7 minutes to allow typing in the Reply window (Body). First it takes time to load the email activity window, then all other fields except Body field remains enabled and only the body field remains
disabled until you refresh the window. Once you refresh the window, body field also enables and you can enter text. Initially we found out that this typically happens with an activity that has multiple messages shared, but This is not restricted to a specific
email activity. It’s just happening with every activity, we verified that there were no network or application connectivity failures.
This is happening since we moved to Roll-up 14.
I would really appreciate any help to resolve the issue.
