    My boss mentioned something about me going that route before finishing the MCSA.

    To upgrade your MCDST on Windows XP certification to MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7, only one exam is required:

    Exam 70-682: PRO: Upgrading to Windows 7 MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
    A+ Security+ MCP MCDST MCTS MCITP

    There currently isn't an upgrade path from MCDST to MCITP for Windows 7.  The only current upgrade path is to Vista.  See http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-windowsclient.aspx#tab5♦

    Thanks SPerry. Seems sometime this month it will be possible to go from mcdst to the Enterprise on 7.

    It is available now at Prometric, not sure if there are study guides out for it yet though.
