Edit email notification template RRS feed

  • We need to edit the standard email that gets sent when a task is updated/changed.  The current default email looks something like this:

    The following assignments have been updated by resources.
    Reported to: John Doe
      Project Name: Project Name
      Task Name: Task Name
      Assigned to: Billy Martin
      Start: Friday, May 11, 2012  Finish: Friday, May 11, 2012  Work: 4h  Remaining Work: 2h  % Completion: 50

    To turn off these notifications, go to Project Web App, click Personal Settings on the left menu, and then click Manage My Alerts and Reminders.
    From this page, you can clear the check box for those notifications you no longer want to receive.
    Do Not Reply - This is an automatically generated notification from Project Server 2010.  This is not a monitored email address.

    We would like to change the verbiage and/or add additional fields to this email (like the task ID).  Can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to edit?
