Outlook Module 2013 - CRM 2013 - Cannot open or create records from Outlook Module RRS feed

  • I have encounterd a problem after i finished the configuration of Outlook Module for CRM 2013 . 
    When i acces the CRM from Outlook i cannot open or create any new record , the page is not oppening . 
    I can see the view , i can see a preview of the record but when i am trying to acces it is not doing anything . 
    After 15 minutes all te records are opening ( so it is working in the end , bur very very slow ) 

    I tried with outlook module for CRM 2011 to make a test and it is working perfect . 
    I tried to reinstall the outlook module crm 2011 - not working
    i tried to update the IE to IE9 - not working . 
    I made the test in many type of networks - not working. 

    I also receive the message " Waiting for the web bage to load from CRM ) .
    What can be the problem ? did anybody encounterd the same problem ? 

    I tried to install the module on a collegue computer and it has the same problem .
