  • I have integrated CRM with exchange online but  I am unable to send emails from this instance, getting error messages from Microsoft outlook

  • From the error it looks like the recipient's email server rejected the email as it thought it was spam. There's not much you can do about this, other than try different email content.

    Do you get this error for recipients in different email domains, or just one.

    Another consideration is the number of emails you're sending - if you send a large number of similar emails to addresses in the same domain, then that could trigger the spam filters. If this is something you intend to do it is worth considering using one of the 3rd party tools (e.g. ClickDimensions) that can provide bulk email and white-listing

    It is happening not only for specific domain. Same issue for all domains. I am sending only one email.
