What about network folders? RRS feed

    So at work, our my documents folders are redirected to a network share outside of our profile..  This means I can't sync folders under my documents right now.  Is there any plan to change this?  I've already put it in the wish list thread.

    Hi,

    We're certainly looking at all the different ways that we can make Live Mesh more useful to people.  Unfortunately, I'm unable to say if or when Live Mesh will have the ability to sync network folders.  I'm sorry I can't be more help. :(

    Hi Ben,

    Just wondering if you had any updated info. regarding the sync'ing of network folders / mapped network drives? All my movies/music are stored on a network share on my home server (*cough* Ubuntu *cough*), and i'd love to be able to use Live Mesh to sync between my server, desktop, laptop and carpc (Infill G4 + Centrafuse).

    If this isn't going to be directly supported, do you have any suggested workarounds?
