    for example, I have created a email template in crm3.0 as below:

    type:Global template

    title: test

    description: just send it to you

    content: Hi,{!User:Nickname}

    -----------------------------------------------------

    I don't kown how to assign to "{!User:Nickname}" , do you have a whole example, and I want to use callout to complete it.Thanks!
